To support our management team, we are currently looking for a executive assistant (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis - with flexible working models and the option of hybrid or fully remote working.
These will be your activities with us:
- Supporting management and/or specialist departments in day-to-day business
- Appointment, calendar, and travel management
- Preparing and following up on meetings (agenda, minutes, task tracking)
- Maintaining documents, contracts, and digital filing structures
- Written and telephone correspondence with customers, partners, and service providers
- Preparation of presentations, evaluations, and simple reports
- Support with project and special tasks
- Payment transaction management
- Invoice creation
- Preparation of statistics and evaluations
- Implementation of dunning procedures
- Invoice audits
- Interface to payroll accounting
- Master data maintenance
- Correspondence with suppliers
- Completion of office orders
- Coordinating appointments for upcoming activities
- Personnel management
- Recruiting support
- Onboarding & offboarding
- Communication & employee support
- HR organization & processes
This profile distinguishes you:
- Completed commercial vocational training
- At least two years of professional experience
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Confident written and spoken English
- Good IT skills (Windows, MS Office)
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Enjoyment of and ability to work in a team
