Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen (Junior/Senior) Sales Manager Germany (m/w/d).
Das werden Deine Tätigkeiten bei uns sein:
- Bestandskundenbetreuung, überwiegend im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufszyklus, von der Prospektion über das Angebotsmanagement bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
- Analyse und Optimierung von Kampagnen
- Cross- und Upselling
- Kundenbindungsmanagement
- Neukundenakquise
- Beobachtung von Markttrends
Dieses Profil zeichnet Dich aus:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Vertriebserfahrung
- Branchenerfahrung im Online-Marketing sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Guter Umgang mit EDV (Windows, MS Office, insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse)
- Strukturierte und ordentliche Arbeitsweise
- Proaktive Herangehensweise an die Arbeit
- Freude und Fähigkeit an Teamarbeit
- Eigenmotivation und Engagement
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

- Continuous sales, market and competition analysis
- Reporting and data analysis
This profile distinguishes you:
- Initial experience in online marketing is an advantage
- Creativity and technical understanding
- Analytical thinking skills
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Conversational English skills, both written and spoken
- Written and spoken German is an advantage
- Further language skills are an advantage
